Turmeric Tea, a powerful liver cleansing tonic
 
Ingredients
 

 

Instructions
  1. Fill mug halfway full with boiling water.
  2. Add in turmeric and ginger.
  3. Cover and let steep for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Stir in cinnamon, black pepper, vanilla and honey.
  5. Fill the rest of the mug with coconut milk and stir.
  6. Enjoy!
 

 

Notes
You may strain the pieces of turmeric and ginger out if you wish. I grate mine very finely and leave them in.
