はしごとは、次々と場所を変えて飲み歩くこと。（俗語的解釈）

はしごの解説

はしごとは梯子酒（梯子飲みともいう）の略で、次々と場所（店）を変えて飲み歩くことである。
ここから同じ類いの店や企業、施設などを渡り歩くこともはしごという。例えば何軒もの古本屋を渡り歩いて本を探す場合「古本屋のはしご」という。また、動詞として使う場合ははしごするという。
